Custom Craft in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Site Superintendent with hands-on residential remodeling experience to lead projects on-site.

You will oversee field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, inspect workmanship, read blueprints, enforce safety, and keep projects on schedule while delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or custom home construction experience.
• Strong hands-on carpentry background.
• Experience leading crews or supervising jobsites.
• Excellent understanding of residential building practices and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
