Turnberry Construction Group is a growing construction company specializing in high-end residential and light commercial projects throughout Berks and Lancaster Counties. We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, staying organized, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and trade partners.

We are looking for ahands‑on Site Superintendentwho can take ownership of daily field operations and keep projects moving efficiently.

Role Description

The Site Superintendent is responsible forday‑to‑day jobsite management, including coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedule, ensuring quality, and keeping projects organized and moving forward.

This is afield leadership role, not an office or project management position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on active residential and light commercial job sites
• Coordinate and manage all subcontractors and trades on site
• Maintain and enforce project schedules in coordination with project management
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and building codes
• Perform ongoing quality control and identify issues before they become problems
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper staging on site
• Prepare sites for inspections and ensure readiness
• Maintain daily logs, progress photos, and basic documentation (Buildertrend or similar)
• Communicate daily updates, issues, and progress to project management
• Identify and communicate potential change conditions or conflicts in the field

Qualifications

• Minimum5 years of field experiencein residential and/or light commercial construction
• Proven ability torun a job site and manage subcontractors independently
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and jobsite safety requirements
• Experience with Buildertrend or similar software is a plus (not required)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to commute to Reading, PA or relocate before starting work

Compensation

$65,000 – $75,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus performance‑based bonuses.
