Censor Commercial Construction is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead on-site tenant improvement projects across the country from Bend, Oregon. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure work aligns with plans, codes, and safety requirements.

You will maintain project documentation, report progress to stakeholders, support quality control, and work with project managers to keep schedules on track. Travel to various job sites nationwide is required.

Qualificações

Role Description The Site Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role will be where the job site is across the country, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on tenant improvement projects. This position coordinates subcontractors and vendors, ensures work is completed according to plans, specifications, and building codes, and maintains site safety and cleanliness. The Site Superintendent monitors project schedules, manages inspections, and collaborates with project managers to address field issues and keep projects on track. The role also includes maintaining detailed project documentation, communicating progress to stakeholders, and supporting quality control to ensure each project meets company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site construction supervision, preferably in commercial tenant improvements or related commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Familiarity with construction management software and basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, documentation tools).
• Commitment to workplace safety and experience implementing and enforcing site safety practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or education in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Site Superintendent, Foreperson, or similar role in commercial construction is strongly beneficial.
• This is an on site position but travel is required to job site locations all throughout the country.
