• 2+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
• Ground-up construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Experience with safety regulations & OSHA preferred.
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve any site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent, preferably with ground-up construction experience
• Proven experience as a Construction Site Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools is a plus.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Experience with Raken, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
