Job summary

Hillside Employment Services LLC is seeking a Commercial Construction Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on our construction sites in Michigan. You will drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while leading site teams and coordinating with project managers and engineers.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
• Ground-up construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software; reporting skills a plus.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Experience with Raken, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
