Job summary

Masis Professional Group is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee daily on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure work aligns with plans and specs.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining safety and quality standards on a busy jobsite in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar role within the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience overseeing ground-up construction projects and managing all phases of the construction process.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, including sitework, foundations, concrete, structural systems, building envelopes, and interior construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and competing priorities.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management or scheduling software.
