Job summary

AMECO is seeking a Project Support Specialist in Harrison, OH to work with customers, Operations, Purchasing, and Account Managers to ensure profitable repeat business. You will coordinate across departments to meet customer needs while maintaining healthy margins and seeking process improvements.

Responsibilities include overseeing site solutions, inventory management, reporting, pricing collaboration, and invoicing in line with contract terms.

Qualifications

• Accredited two (2) year technical or business degree in applicable field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications to comply with local requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate skill level) for data analysis, report generation and formulating sales quotes, materials and presentations.
• Strong Multitasking, and Problem-Solving skills in a fast-paced environment is a must.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
• Knowledgeable in SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-level site solutions through all project stages.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize exposure for customer and company.
• Keep customers informed on thresholds affecting end-of-job results.
• Produce accurate, timely program status reporting.
• Identify areas for improvement and increased profitability.
• Collaborate with Operations to implement improvements.
• Travel may be required for business matters.
