Job summary

AMECO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account/Project Support Specialist III to work directly with customers, Operations, Purchasing, and Account Managers to ensure customer-centric and profitable repeat business.

The ideal candidate is a team player who multitasks, is computer-oriented, organized, and delivers exceptional customer service. Our customer base spans construction, scaffolding, industrial, electrical power, welding, and rigging industries.

Qualifications

• Accredited two (2) year technical or business degree and five (5) years of related sales, account management, or customer service experience; or seven (7) or more years of related work experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and enter customer orders daily, including large or project-based orders.
• Serve as primary support contact for key or high-volume accounts and projects.
• Collaborate with customers and Account Managers on pricing, inventory, and reporting needs.
• Make sales and customer service follow-up calls to identify additional business opportunities.
• Identify improvements to increase profitability and lead implementation.
