Job summary

EquipmentShare in Milwaukee, WI seeks an Assistant General Manager (Site Solutions - Trench Safety) to lead trench safety operations and daily site activities. You will oversee inventory, procurement, vendor relations, safety policy implementation, and training to support branch performance.

You will collaborate with the General Manager on monthly P&L reviews, ensure DOT compliance, and drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency across the location.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage trench safety equipment and related systems.
• Create and maintain vendor relationships for service and materials.
• Complete invoice review and maintenance; procure daily operations items.
• Maintain DOT compliance records and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Review monthly profit and loss statements with the General Manager.
• Monitor equipment utilization, aging assets, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper training on equipment and safety procedures for all staff.
