Job summary

Constellis seeks a Site Supervisor to lead the armed security team at a sensitive site in Chantilly, VA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, conduct post inspections, and manage access control while ensuring compliance with Use of Force policies.

Requirements include TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 2+ years of armed security and 2+ years supervisory experience, plus English reporting proficiency. Flexible hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Minimum 2 years armed security experience; 4+ years if no degree.
• Minimum 2 years of field supervisory/leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Active DCJS Certification.
• Firearms training and qualifications meeting standards.
• Ability to read/write clear English in reports.
• Experience securing fixed facilities or vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of armed Cleared Security Officers in daily operations and assist with training.
• Inspect posts across the site on a monthly basis.
• Perform site visits and security patrols by foot or vehicle.
• Control site access by monitoring cameras and inspecting vehicles.
• Respond to fires, medical, bomb threats, weather, and other incidents.
• Escalate force as needed per company Use of Force Policy.
• Schedule shifts, cover vacancies, and manage on-call weekends.
• Enforce Post Orders and customer/security policies at the site.
• Maintain proficiency with all equipment and weapons used.
• Support management to improve program performance and serve as a resource.
• Build strong relationships with the customer and stakeholders.
