Job summary

Omniplex, a Constellis company, seeks a Site Supervisor to lead the shift security operations of a team of armed Cleared Security Officers at a sensitive site. Hours depend on contract needs and staffing.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, 2+ years of armed experience, and 2+ years of supervisory/leadership work in security. Strong English reporting and flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Armed security experience: 2+ years; 4+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years supervisory/leadership in field supervision (civilian/military/commercial security).
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combined experience).
• Active DCJS Certification.
• Firearms training and qualifications meeting state/federal standards.
• Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write reports in English.
• Familiarity with securing facilities/vehicles at fixed location.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of armed Cleared Security Officers in day-to-day operations and assist with new hire training.
• Perform inspections of posts throughout the month.
• Conduct regular site visits and security patrols by foot or vehicle.
• Control access to the facility by monitoring surveillance, inspecting vehicles, and ensuring proper identification.
• Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergencies, bomb threats, and other incidents.
• Execute escalation of force up to armed response per policy.
• Handle scheduling, call-offs, fill open shifts on weekends, and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce Post Orders, customer rules, and facility regulations.
• Maintain proficiency and safety with all equipment and weapon systems.
• Assist management in improving program performance and serve as a resource to managers.
