Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in California. You will oversee on-site security operations, ensure contractual training and screening standards are met, and manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll tasks while maintaining cost controls.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid license, and supervisory security experience or relevant military/police background. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One or more: active-duty military, National Guard; Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; 1+ year supervisory experience in security; or Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders; support site operations.
• Recommend personnel actions; respond to client requests; communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements to management.
