Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites in the Danville area.

Duties include ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while coordinating with client representatives to maintain safety and service quality. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of security experience, and preferably supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• 1 year of related security experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel; ensures post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees and documents actions.
• Trains Security Officers; reviews post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission; ensures adequate coverage of posts.
• Prepares and submits reports; inspects posts and communicates expectations to subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide customer service.
• Performs supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, planning, directing work, and issuing personnel actions as needed.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer in line with post orders and policy.
