Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a team of Officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, manage rounds, file reports, and coordinate with client representatives to meet security requirements.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience; supervisory or leadership experience preferred. You will train staff, assist with payroll, and ensure adequate coverage while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related security experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and posts; ensure post orders followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Security Officers and review post orders with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions; coordinate with management.
