Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client site(s) to ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline staff; document actions and communicate with management.
• Train officers and review assignments and post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and prepare required reports.
