Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security officers.
• Payroll processing, incident report review, and assisting with security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to security officers on duties.
• Minimize overtime as designated by policy.
• Recommend personnel actions for supervised staff.
• Ensure training and screening elements are met.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Make emergency notifications per client post orders.
• Supervise and coordinate security staff activities.
• Implement security protocols and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Train personnel on security protocols and best practices.
• De-escalate conflicts calmly.
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management.
• Suggest physical security surveys and post orders.
• Inspect personnel and performance for contract compliance.
