SecureOne Security Services in the Chicago South Suburbs seeks a Site Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations, personnel, and client relationships at one or more client locations. This full-time leadership role is ideal for experienced security professionals ready to advance.

The Site Security Supervisor acts as the primary on-site contact, managing officer performance, scheduling, incident handling, and client communication with professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and officer performance at assigned site(s).
• Enforce post orders, company policies, and site-specific procedures.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate expectations clearly to officers.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with management and clients as needed.
• Complete shift logs, incident reports, and documentation accurately.
• Identify performance issues and escalate as appropriate.
• Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day operational matters.

About the Role
