Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing where applicable.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicles.
• Meets one or more: active military service, Auxiliary Police/Police Cadets, 1+ year supervisory security experience, or an associate degree+.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment and communicate clearly.
• Excellent problem solving, active listening, and written communication.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure required training and screening for personnel are completed.
• Minimize overtime per AUS guidelines.
• Regularly inspect personnel performance for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate payroll, incident reporting, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Respond promptly to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Handle disciplinary actions and commendations as needed.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements.
• Advise on post orders and security surveys.
