Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor – Unarmed in Irvine, CA. The on-site leader will supervise daily security operations, ensure compliance with SOPs, and coordinate with Facilities and Global Security to maintain a safe environment.

The role requires active supervision of officers, training oversight, and reporting duties. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in security with 3–5 years in leadership, a valid state license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–8 years of security experience, with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Active state security officer license/guard card required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to the on-site security team.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, post inspections, and shift handovers.
• Supervise officer performance and provide coaching.
• Ensure officers are trained, uniformed, and equipped.
• Identify opportunities to improve post procedures and efficiency.
• Develop training materials and post orders for consistency.
• Monitor training activity and certifications.
