Job summary

Allied Universal in California is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling and training, ensuring top quality service for a client site.

The role combines operations, payroll support, incident review, and post-order administration. Requirements include a current CA Guard Card, at least one year of supervisory security experience, and a high school diploma; armed status may require different rules.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated level.
• Inspect security personnel performance and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations.
• Suggest security surveys and post orders recommendations.
