GardaWorld Security is seeking a Part-Time Surveillance Shift Supervisor. The role emphasizes vigilant environment assessment, risk anticipation, and prompt action. You will patrol diverse sites, verify access, and coordinate with law enforcement during significant incidents.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, has 3+ years of supervisory security experience, and an active DCJS Security License. Strong knowledge of security systems and MS Office/Google Apps is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Pass a thorough screening process.
• Active DCJS Security License required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas and identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents and coordinate with emergency services.
• Monitor alarms and CCTV, document incidents and actions taken.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate with security personnel and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
