Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass state training/licensing as applicable.
• Lock/driver licensing per state requirements if driving company or client vehicles.
• Prior supervisory experience in security preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security function including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to minimal levels as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel to assure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate payroll, incident reports, and post orders.
• Provide direction and discipline for staff as needed.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements.
