Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a proactive Security Supervisor to oversee operations at an assigned client site on a shared shift. You will lead a team of security officers, coordinate staffing, training, and performance, and ensure the site receives high-quality protection for people and property.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with at least 3 years of security experience, a valid license if required, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 3 years of security officer experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Security License if required by state; driver’s license as applicable.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual is a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on shift.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations.
• Develop staff through performance management and training.
• Maintain logs and incident reports; coordinate investigations.
• Utilize access control, visitor management and CCTV systems on site.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors and staff.
