Marksman Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee operations at a client site and manage a team of security officers. You will report to management, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with client standards to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years security officer supervisor or related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on the shift.
• Report to Director/Management.
• Lead a team of security officers including staffing, payroll, training and development.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Provide post orders and training per client standards.
• Maintain access control and CCTV systems as required.
• Observe and document incidents and property damage.
