Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking an Experienced Shift Lead - Security Officer to supervise operations at an assigned client site. You will report to the Site Supervisor/Director and manage a team of officers, ensuring high-quality security services and safety for people and property.

The role requires a valid security license (as required by state), a GED/HS diploma, and 3 years of prior security experience. English proficiency is essential; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer.
• Valid Security License if required by state; driver’s license as applicable.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual considered a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on the shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure the client site receives high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and training with Titan standards.
