Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is hiring Security Officer Supervisors for a new high-end entertainment district. You will supervise a team of security officers, manage scheduling and payroll, provide training, and ensure top-tier security services for people and property.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED with 3 years of related security experience, ability to read and write English, and valid security credentials as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior security officer or related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Security License if required by state; driver’s license as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service in a fast paced setting.
• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on shift.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and training.
