Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years experience as a Supervisor/Manager.
• 2+ years experience as a security officer.
• OSHA certification is required.
• Experience in scheduling, payroll, and training is preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer use.
• Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites.
• Meet with management or client representatives for status updates.
• Ensure service expectations are met through regular client contact.
• Coordinate orientation, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Maintain and submit payroll records and other employee information.
• Communicate scheduling, staffing, equipment, and record keeping for smooth service delivery.
