SafeHaven Security Group seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at a client site in Wisconsin. You will lead a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors, manage scheduling, and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

The role is full-time, salary-based, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training; requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a track record in security management.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in private security, law enforcement, or military service.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors.
• Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and staffing.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and Wisconsin regulations.
• Conduct inspections, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies.
