SafeHaven Security Group in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at a client site in Nekoosa. You will lead a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors, manage scheduling, and ensure client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of operational excellence, and the ability to develop staff while complying with Wisconsin regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in private security, law enforcement, or military service.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain or maintain Wisconsin security licensing/permits.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment screenings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations.
• Proficiency with reporting systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, holidays, on-call.
• Ability to endure physical tasks and respond during emergencies.

SafeHaven Security Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at a client site in Nekoosa, Wisconsin.

About Us

SafeHaven Security Group is a trusted provider of professional security services dedicated to protecting people, property, and organizations through exceptional service and operational excellence. We are seeking a motivated, experienced Site Manager to lead security operations at our Nekoosa location, ensuring outstanding client service while developing and supporting a high-performing security team.

This position will be a full time, salaried position.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Five (5) years of security, military, or law enforcement experience
• Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to emergencies
