Titan Security Group in Pewaukee, WI, is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a utility facility. You will lead a small team of 4–5 officers to protect assets, ensure compliance, and maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.

The role requires 3+ years in physical security with at least 1 year in supervision; a high school diploma or GED; Wisconsin private security license; driver’s license; strong communication and leadership skills; and

Qualifications

• Direct and supervise a team of 4–5 security officers.
• Conduct daily briefings, training, and ongoing performance evaluations.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Titan Security Group and the client’s facility managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial response to security incidents and coordinate with emergency services.
• Prepare clear, detailed incident reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure alignment with contract scope and client post orders.
