Position Title: Site Security Manager II

Location: Arlington, TX

Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI, SAP Information eligible, consent for Counterintelligence polygraph

Duties and Responsibilities

The AF SAP Security Support Services (SSS) assist the AF security authority in overseeing security objectives supporting AF SAP interests through active security operations, processes, and management. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing security plans and documentation such as CVR, CSP, FFC, and TEMPEST documentation.
• Conducting security inspections and ensuring compliance throughout project duration.
• Documenting violations and working with construction teams to ensure site security.
• Mitigating security threats in collaboration with AO.
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant security policies and regulations.
• Overseeing security staff and continuously improving security policies and procedures.
• Providing security briefings and documentation to relevant personnel and authorities.
• Evaluating SCIF and SAP Facility spaces for vulnerabilities and security measures.
• Leading security team performance, mentoring, and administrative oversight.

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience or 7 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience with physical security, personnel management, or construction management.
• Certifications such as SFPC, SAPPC, SPSC, SPIPC, PSC, ISOC, ATC are preferred; experience with these can substitute for years of experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Additional safety training and certifications may be required.
• Ability to pass specific security and safety courses within designated timeframes.
