What You’ll Do
- Assess risks and vulnerabilities of SCI systems, ensuring security measures are effective.
- Implement mitigation actions based on vulnerability scans.
- Perform audits on networked devices and user accounts.
- Collaborate with external agencies at various levels.
- Validate and approve higher-level privileged access to SCI accounts.
- Manage system baseline configurations for video, voice, and data devices.
- Oversee security controls within the Risk Management Framework.
- Conduct Staff Assistance Visits to ISSO programs.
- Serve as Site Trusted Agent for SCI PKI issues.
- Write and submit Security Impact Analysis reports for approval.
- Manage media read/write actions within the Site REMWAR Program.
- Lead SCI system and network Authority to Operate processes.
- Validate, audit, and manage user access accounts.
- Provide cybersecurity training to ISSOs and CSLs.
- Develop and enforce site-wide SCI security policies.
- Assist SCI system customers and respond to incidents as needed.
Qualifications
- Current TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
- Current IAT Level II certification; ability to obtain IAM Level II within 6 months.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 8 years; additional experience may substitute for degree.
- Strong SYSAD administration skills.
- Experience with Assessment and Authorization documentation and cybersecurity programs.
- Proven monitoring skills for compliance across multiple servers.
- Knowledge of AF and IC policies and plans.
- Understanding of ICD 705 physical and personnel security practices.
- Excellent communication skills for risk mitigation and security issue resolution.
