Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Security professional in Wright Township, PA. You will supervise Security Officers at client sites, ensure post orders are followed, and coordinate with management for adequate post coverage.

You will coach, train, and document performance while maintaining strong client relations. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, reporting, and delivering high-quality security services across multiple posts.

Qualifications

• May be required to hold and continue to meet applicable state, county and municipal security officer licenses.
• Knowledge of security operations with emphasis on patrol, inspection and response.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and meet with employees.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignment details.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions as designated.
• Coordinate with management to ensure full post coverage.
• Prepare and submit required reports; inspect posts and assign tasks.
• Meet client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
