Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other staff at client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train officers; review assignments.
• Coordinate payroll and personnel data as needed.
• Ensure adequate post coverage and submit required reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
