Job summary

• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit reports; inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements and provide quality service.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting and training employees, planning and directing work, and performance reviews.
