Falken Industries, LLC is seeking a Site Security Manager to oversee on-site security for a sensitive facility build-out, ensuring compliance with IC Tech Specs for ICD/ICS 705. The role includes development of the Construction Security Plan, oversight of access control, and coordination with Government SO and security personnel.

The SSM will manage security drawings, documentation, and rosters, maintain secure handling of information, and report violations within 3 business days.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient understanding of construction and counterintelligence, with experience in high security.
• Must possess and maintain a US Top Secret clearance with SCI Identifier, prior to award.
• Strong communication and written communication skills.
• Equipment: Radios, Handhelds, Digital tablet for site operations.

Aufgaben

• Provide site security management and on-site government representation.
• Conduct contractor surveillance and quality control to ensure ICD/ICS 705 compliance.
• Develop CSP and related SOPs to capture security requirements and standards.
• Oversee access control, intrusion detection, material transit security, procurement, and inspection.
