Job summary

RTX Goleta, CA is seeking a highly experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) Senior Manager to lead the site's industrial security program and ensure full compliance with NISPOM, SEAD 3, and Continuous Vetting obligations.

You will serve as primary interface with DCSA, manage physical security, oversee audits and training, administer briefings, and report security metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• 10+ years industrial security experience.
• 5+ years as FSO for a cleared facility.
• Current FSO certification for a possessing facility.
• Experience with National Industrial Security Program and DCSA.
• Experience with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the security program and ensure NISPOM compliance.
• Lead Self-Inspections and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs.
• Coordinate security reviews with DCSA.
• Manage physical security and access controls.
• Administer security briefings and investigations.
• Report security metrics for program oversight.
