Job summary

ARMADA LTD in Norfolk, VA seeks a Site Security Manager (SSM) to oversee security for the CA-07 renovation and ensure CSP compliance for facility accreditation. The role requires active Top Secret/SCI eligibility and five years of related security experience.

You will supervise CST personnel, manage site access, and coordinate daily/weekly reports and assessments. The position is full-time and on-site with 24-hour site access provisions.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with Top Secret/SCI Eligible security clearance.
• Minimum five years of security experience on ICD 705 secure facilities.
• Familiar with construction standards and TEMPEST requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly and final project reports to OPTEVFOR SSO and maintain a weekly on-site binder.
• Supervise CST personnel and coordinate surveillance zones and schedules.
• Draft and maintain Site Access List and manage access controls.
• Document and escalate security violations and CSP deviations to RSO and tenant AO.
• Complete TEMPEST, TEMPEST-related documentation, and FFC checklists.
