ARMADA, Ltd. is seeking a Site Security Manager (SSM) for the Norfolk, VA project.

The SSM ensures compliance with the Construction Security Plan (CSP) and regulatory accreditation requirements, supervising on-site personnel and maintaining digital reporting processes. The role requires active Top Secret/SCI eligibility, a minimum of five years in security related to ICD 705 renovations, CST training, and knowledge of construction security standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with Top Secret/SCI Eligible security clearance.
• Minimum five (5) years of security experience directly related to ICD 705 secure facility renovation or physical security.
• Familiar with the sixteen (16) standards divisions of construction.
• Must hold CST training (forty (40) hour or greater) certificate.
• Knowledge of security procedures for construction environments and TEMPEST considerations.

Responsibilities

• The Site Security Manager (SSM) will provide documentation to OPTEVFOR SSO upon completion of each week and a final report at the end of the project.
• The SSM shall maintain a binder of printed weekly reports on site in chronological order.
• Provide Daily reports to OPTEVFOR and weekly consolidated written reports.
• Develop a digital documentation process using government-provided devices and equipment.
• Supervise CST personnel on-site, coordinate schedules, assign surveillance zones, and evaluate performance.
• Draft and maintain the Site Access List and manage access control.
• Review security violations, construction anomalies, and potential security concerns and notify the appropriate authority.
