Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. seeks a Site Safety Supervisor to join our Safety team in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on leading safety programs, inspections, and training across construction projects, with an emphasis on compliance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of site-level safety management experience, OSHA certification, and strong communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of site-level safety management experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• OSHA 30-hour or OSHA 510 certification (within last 3 years) required or recent.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification a plus; STSC preferred but not required.
• Strong communicator with leadership presence and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety meetings and communicate policy updates.
• Perform site safety inspections and risk assessments; implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and prevention planning.
• Ensure availability and use of safety equipment and PPE.
• Train site personnel on safety procedures and emergency response.
• Collaborate with regional safety coordinators and project teams.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation: inspections, incidents, training records.
• Monitor safety performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current on regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Support integration of safety into planning and execution; coordinate drills.
• Partner with subcontractors to uphold safety standards across projects.
