Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Site Safety Manager in St. Louis, MO, to support project safety efforts and ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will manage safety programs for projects, conduct inspections, and work to develop a safety-focused culture. This role requires strong management, leadership skills, and 10+ years of field experience, including an OSHA 30-hour accreditation. Qualifications

• 6-12 years of safety experience or combination of education and experience in building construction.
• 10+ years of field experience minimum.
• OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation required.
• OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Staff and safety team to execute safety standards.
• Conduct weekly jobsite safety inspections.
• Participate in client interfacing and manage other safety supervisors.
• Establish proper fire prevention and evacuation procedures.
• Review each subcontractor’s safety program.
