Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Supervisor in California. The role involves coordinating activities safely among company and temporary staff, inspecting areas and equipment to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance.

The position requires six months to one year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and may require forklift certification. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; some travel may be needed. The compensation listed is $70,304 per year with a Thursday–Monday shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise program employees and oversee tasks
• Train, supervise and instruct employees on safety and procedures
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training/discipline
• Prepare written reports (pass down, weekly, monthly) and maintain records
• Perform quality, service and safety inspections; track inventory and equipment
• Ensure PPE usage is correct and report issues to the manager
• Travel may be required for the position
