Job summary

Brent Scarbrough & Co. is seeking an experienced Safety Manager & Trainer to lead safety programs across sites in the southeastern U.S. The role focuses on building a strong safety culture where no one gets hurt, with oversight of program implementation, training, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a safety-related degree or CHST/OSHA 500 certifications, plus five years of construction safety leadership, and can travel or relocate to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, occupational health, or related field.
• Five years of construction safety leadership experience or CHST/OSHA 500 certifications.
• Proven experience in construction safety training or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead, and manage the implementation of the BSC Safety Program across multiple project sites.
• Plan, lead, and manage safety program elements and initiatives with trade partners and joint-venture partners.
• Conduct and review site hazard assessments and safety training content.
• Oversee documentation, OSHA reports, and incident investigation processes.
• Monitor onsite activities, document deficiencies and corrective actions, and drive improvements.
