IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead safety programs on construction sites, deliver OSHA 10/30 trainings, and enforce compliance with safety policies.

The role requires OSHA-500/501 certification and 3+ years of construction safety experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff. Travel may be required. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• OSHA-500 or OSHA-501 certification required.
• 3+ years of recent construction safety experience; commercial/industrial/utilities is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, state and federal safety regulations and electrical construction industry practices.
• Proficient computer skills and clear written/verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Conduct safety training on policies, procedures, accident prevention, and motorized equipment operation.
• Deliverr OSHA 10 & 30 training, new employee orientation, and other required safety trainings.
• Provide fleet safety training for drivers.
• Develop and prepare training materials and presentations.
• Maintain training tracking databases for each employee.
• Participate in safety inspections and help correct violations promptly.
• Maintain safety files per regulatory guidelines and company programs.
• Travel may be required.
