Qualifications

• OSHA-500 or OSHA-501 Certification required.
• 3+ years of recent construction safety experience; industrial/commercial or utility exposure a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA/state/federal safety regs and electrical construction practices.
• Proficient computer and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and field staff.
• Maintain driving qualifications per IES Fleet Safety Program.
• Pass pre-employment background and MVR check.

Responsabilités

• Conducts safety training on policies, procedures, and equipment operation.
• Delivers OSHA 10 & 30 training, new employee orientation, and safety requirements.
• Provides IES fleet safety training to all drivers.
• Develops and prepares training materials and presentations.
• Maintains training tracking database for each employee.
• Participates in safety inspections and helps fix violations.
• Maintains safety files in compliance with applicable guidelines.
• Travel may be required.
