Job summary

Dugan & Meyers is seeking a Site Safety Manager to promote an Incident and Injury-Free culture on our construction sites in Sidney, OH. This hands-on role spends 90% on-site observing, coaching crews, and driving improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

You will lead Field Safety Representatives and ensure compliance with safety requirements, investigations, and reporting while mentoring site staff and supporting on-site training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field and at least 4 years of concrete construction and safety experience.
• OSHA 500 certification or equivalent safety training
• CPR, AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications desirable

Responsibilities

• Be a Visible Safety Resource – promote our IIF culture on job sites.
• Ensure Safety Compliance – support adherence to safety requirements.
• Case Management – conduct incident investigations and oversee reporting.
• Leadership – supervise and mentor Field Safety Representatives.
• Site Safety Oversight – identify and correct unsafe conditions and behaviors.
• Training & Development – participate in safety training and certifications for field staff.
