Dugan & Meyers is seeking a Site Safety Manager to promote an Incident and Injury-Free culture on our construction sites in Sidney, OH. This hands-on role spends 90% on-site observing, coaching crews, and driving improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
You will lead Field Safety Representatives and ensure compliance with safety requirements, investigations, and reporting while mentoring site staff and supporting on-site training.

As a Site Safety Manager, you'll play a key role in promoting our Incident and Injury-Free (IIF) culture, ensuring that every co-worker goes home safely every day. This is a field-focused position, in Sidney, OH, with at least 90% of the time spent on-site observing, coaching, and engaging with crews. You’ll provide leadership and mentorship to both co-workers and Field Safety Representatives, reinforcing safe behaviors, correcting hazards, and supporting overall project success. This role is hands-on, proactive, and deeply embedded in the operations team to drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity (SQP).
