Job summary

MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a Site Safety Manager to provide site-wide safety leadership for manufacturing and logistics operations. The role partners with leadership to embed safety into daily processes, drive continuous improvement, and manage safety programs and training across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on safety leadership experience, strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and a track record of developing a positive safety culture while supporting SQDC objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 6+ years relevant safety experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• 4+ years of safety leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• OSHA 10 certification and knowledge of OSHA standards and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety strategy across multiple shifts and areas.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and federal, state, local regulations.
• Develop and oversee safety programs, training, and audits.
• Coach and develop safety teams and drive KPIs on safety performance.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
