Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. is seeking a Site Safety Manager/Lead to direct Brock’s HSEQ program and provide safety leadership for corporate and site activities. You will ensure safe and reliable services, enforce safety programs, and promote the Brock safety culture.

Responsibilities include hazard assessments, incident investigations, audits, training, and coordinating emergency planning. Travel to Brock work locations may be required; strong communication with supervisors and clients is essential to

Qualifications

• 7+ years direct field experience.
• NCSO (Canada) or CSST (US).
• Formal root cause analysis training and incident investigation experience.
• Basic first aid and CPR training required.
• EMT and HAZMAT first responder training a plus.
• Experience implementing and managing HSE strategies.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture and lead HSEQ programs.
• Ensure site inspections, hazard assessments, and risk reviews are completed.
• Coordinate and approve site Emergency Plans.
• Oversee incident investigations and reporting.
• Lead safety meetings, audits, and training activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of safety and quality practices.
• Mentor site personnel on HSE responsibilities.
• Ensure client-specific HSEQ reporting and compliance.
