Job summary

The Brock Group Inc is seeking a General Foreman to provide close supervision of craft foremen and workers on North American projects. The role requires regular customer interaction and a commitment to Brock’s safety and quality standards.

You will oversee site safety, schedule adherence, planning of resources, and coordination with project management to ensure contract scope and change orders are properly managed. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in craft work or related field.
• At least 3+ years in supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage conflicts and drive solutions.
• Good judgment in selecting methods and improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture (Bsafe/Bbest) on site.
• Oversee safety, quality, progress and schedule.
• Conduct regular crew meetings.
• Ensure permits and hazard-free work sites before start.
• Plan resources and monitor execution; adjust as needed.
• Assist PM with project Execution/QC/Site Safety plans.
• Ensure scope aligns with contract and change orders.
• Resolve customer issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to upsell Brock services.
• Track labor, equipment, materials, and KPIs.
• Train site personnel and share knowledge.
